The design references Nashville’s golden age of rail and Cumberland River shipping. Metalwork breaks through a limestone-tinted façade in a grid reminiscent of historic rail yards. Sweeping staircases and a grand motor court evoke Union Station’s timeless elegance.

ARCHITECTURE
Drawing from Nashville’s industrial heritage, this design blends timeless elegance with modern form. A gridded façade, intricate metalwork details, and limestone-inspired finishes add a sense of permanence. At night, the illuminated dual-tower structure commands attention on the skyline, while vibrant street-level amenities connect it seamlessly with the Nashville Yards.
INTERIORS
With a seamless blend of historic elegance and modern luxury, the interiors feature sophisticated materials and light-filled spaces. Details such as hub and spoke patterning, channeled upholstery, and a copper-clad bar ceiling tell the story of Nashville’s historic train cars, reimagined for a modern living experience.
